Жилой дом на Ленинградском проспекте был построен в 1964 году для рабочих ОКБ-155 – самолетостроительного завода МиГ, и он примыкает к огромной промышленной территории.

Полнометражные квартиры находятся в крайних подъездах дома, в двух же центральных, объединенных длинным коридором – простые однокомнатные. По центру этого коридора есть площадка с двумя неработающими лифтами, которые раньше были соединены с территорией завода.

К жилому дому со стороны двора присоединены два цеха, которые сейчас, по сути, представляют из себя руины, а сам двор окружен забором разоренного завода.

Планируется в ближайшие годы снести часть этой бывшей промзоны и построить на ее месте новый жилой комплекс.

This residential building on Leningradsky prospekt was built in 1964 for the workers of OKB-155 (OKB is short for Russian "experimental design bureau") of the MiG aircraft manufacturing plant, and it adjoins a huge industrial area. 

Economy apartments are accessible through the outer entrances of the building, while through the two central entrances, united by a long corridor, one can get to standard one-room apartments. In the center of this corridor there is a platform with two inoperative elevators, which were previously connected to the territory of the plant. 

Two workshops are attached to the residential building from the courtyard side. Honestly speaking, they look like ruins now, and the courtyard itself is surrounded by a fence of a ruined factory. 

It is planned to demolish part of this former industrial area in the coming years, and a new residential complex will be built in its place.
